Dry mixture

During the dry mix process very different food powders are preweighed, after that mixed together and filled into containers. Our mixing process is suitable on the one hand for mixing finished products that are then filled in various containers, on the other hand for mixing premixes that are then processed into other products.

As required, products are sprayed with vegetable oil during the mixing process to ensure that the end product is more free of dust and wettable.

Operating mode

During the dry mixing various powdery raw materials are homogeneously mixed using special mixing equipment in our mixers. The production in our solids mixers is carried out in batches and entirely mechanically. Spraying the products during the mixing process is carried out by means of special liquid spray diffusers.
