Extramalt Liquid without diastase

Extramalt® Liquid without diastase contains the valuable, water-soluble constituents of malted barley. The extract is evaporated carefully in several stages to form a highly-viscous syrup rich in fermentable sugar, natural colourings and imbued with a pleasant malt aroma.

Extramalt® Liquid without diastase is characterised by the following product attributes:

• Aroma provider
• Sweetener, instead of sugar (able to be declared as malt extract)
